iPhone 13 ProMax screen question

There are 2 rows of dots next to the battery charge icon at the top right of my screen. Can anyone tell me what they mean? Thanks in advance for any help.

UPDATE: Since I ordered my iPhone 13 from Apple and told them my carrier, eSim must have been setup automatically, meaning I would not need the Nano sim from my carrier.

I removed the nano SIM card and that got rid of the extra number and row of dots from my original post/question. My carrier is shown at the top where it should be. Thx for the assist.

Thank you for responding. But my question is still not answered. I think it might have something to do with “primary” and “secondary” phone numbers even though I did not sign up for that service with my carrier. And after going into “settings” it shows the same phone number for each. [shrug] None of my previous iPhones have had this, hence my confusion.
