iPhone order cancellation

I placed an order for an iPhone 13 pro and activated with Verizon so it would come pre activated on the apple store but about 15 mins after placing it, I canceled the order. Do I have to worry about there being an iPhone with my number and plan out there?

No. Once you cancelled the order, nothing was programmed into a phone.
