Google docs and drive cant be installed. "cannot connect to app store"

Hello, due to my work i need to use some apps like google drive or google docs. The problem is that when i enter to the app store and search "google docs" or "google drive" it doesn't appear. I decided to try to search it in safari and from there enter to the app store but when it redirects me to the app store it says "cannot connect to app store". I proceeded to search on youtube and see what could help. I tried the method of signing out of app store and resigning in with my apple id, i tried reseting the network and restarting my phone, i checked if my internet was not working (but it was working perfectly) and more different ways to fix the problem. To my surprise all these methods didnt seem to work on my iphone. I really need those apps and its a bug problem if they cant work/ be installed in my phone. What could be causing the problem? How can i download these apps without any problems? Can someone please help me out? Thanks.
