I requested an order and it was deducted from my card $709 and the order remained pending for a day and then it was accepted and now it has been cancelled. When will the amount be returned to my card??

However, Apple does not actually take the money until the item is shipped; they only check to make sure it is a valid method of payment, so nothing should have come out of your account - only an authorization.

If money was actually taken out of your account, contact Apple.
