how to get "Health" app on Apple Watch
Health app appears on iPhone 8 Plus but Health Icon does not appear on Apple Watch face. Health app is available in Watch app on phone but is not available on watch. Please advise
The Health app is an iPhone app only, there is no watch app for health. However, on the watch you can use apps like the Heart Rate app, Activity app, Workout app, and Sleep apps—all these apps work hand-in-hand with the iPhone Health app.
