Multitasking animation doesn't work.
When I swipe up in an app, I don't see any animation, just resulting view of open apps.

Thanks for posting the video. It appears that Reduce Motion has been set to ON.
Open Settings ➔ Accessibility ➔ Motion ➔ Reduce Motion: Set this to OFF.

That setting is set to OFF by default. Not sure why it was ON by default.
