ID sharing

Can you use 1 apple ID for 2 phones if you're not planning on using the second phone as a phone? Both phones have separate sim cards but no cell service on the 2nd phone. Tnx in advance!

You can use an Apple ID on the two phones. Having no cell service doesn't affect using an Apple ID on the phone.
