Iphone 13 max pro can't make phone calls
NEW iPhone 13 max pro. Can get calls, but cannot make calls.

Here's what happened. When I put the new phone online, it populated the Secondary sim (The Esim). ATT needed to activate the Primary Sim. (The one in the sim tray).
After a time on hold with ATT, Carmela was able to do the magic Reset and I'm good now!
