Update billing information

apple store tells me to ask my family organizer to update their billing information but we cannot find the problem

Hello ~ What is the exact message? If it is …If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file.

When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help. Click on blue get Support. This is Apple’s way of saying there may be a problem with your account…let them handle it. If different message:


Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods
