Apple Watch 3 Siri Voice not downloading

I just got this Apple Watch Series 3, and I noticed it had no Siri Voice. I went into settings, of course and downloaded a Siri Voice. I checked on it about 10-15 minutes later, and it still says “Waiting to download…” Is there a fix to it?
