My iCloud email has changed- if I try to print an email the print preview shows an entire screen copy when I just want the email. The “tools” icon is not appearing as usual

icloud upgrade is a disaster. iCloud Mail for Windows does not work. My apple email account is no longer working through outlook. Doesn’t work on my PC. When I click on the sent function, it shows my email address instead of the email address of the person that I have sent the email to. This is a disastrous upgrade. Is anyone at Apple home? Anyone at the office? What are you going to do to fix this???????
I need instructions on how to print an email from my email list- the icon with print option no longer appears! Very annoying and disruptive to me. I can only print a screen copy which is useless.
Seriously, APPLE!!!! WTF. I need to be able to print emails on my PC and you've completely disrupted this. Fix it, NOW!
I totally agree! It is very important for our company to be able to print emails from the desktop! Please fix it now!!
I agree, it's appalling to use. Can't open message box separately, can't see who I have sent messages to. Has anyone on the forum had a helpful response from Apple?
