My new phone came without a SIM card what do I do

Get one from your carrier, or if you currently have an iPhone you are replacing, put that old card into the new phone.

Did you indicate a carrier when you ordered your new phone? If so, some of the carriers are activating the new phones with the eSIM, not a physical SIM. This is what AT&T did with my new device.
