Transferring files between iPhone and Windows 10

Hi,

There’s an earlier thread on here where someone explained how to connect Bluetooth between iPhone to Windows. I’m trying to send photos on my iPhone XR (which I believe has the most up to date iOS) to my work laptop. The answer explains how to get the two connected and ends with “voila! And now you can send files to windows”. But.. how!? My iPhone is connected and I’m pressing the share button for a photo… of all the different options there’s no general Bluetooth transfer option (that I can see) and my laptop isn’t recognized on airdrop. Am I missing something?
