Shipping stuck on being processed

I ordered my phone on the 9th of april through my phone carrier tmobile because the phone was on backorder the estimated shipping date was the 4th of September to the 20th and it has now been 5 days past and is still stuck being processed is this because of covid or have they not gotten my order

If you ordered through T mobile, contact them for help. Apple will not have any information for you.
