I can't find my saved password on safari. i checked keychain access and I can't find any safari passwords. how do I recover keychain password? no time machine.

My keychain has no saved passwords. I logged into another account using MacID because it kept pestering me for a password so I typed it down and it logged me into another account. After noticing the changed , I logged back on to the account that I used on the daily, finding all my password are gone!

I tried going back and forth both accounts and still both keychain is all blank. I even looked into the keychain access and found nothing. I'm on MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016) Mac OS Big Sur 11.4.

I don't have time machine since don't have any external hard drive that has the new USB port.

Is there a way to recover my keychain password that has been deleted by changing macID on a Mac or from some strange reason? I'm not sure why it happened but I think it's the latter.

Thank you for reading and assistance.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13
