iPhone 11, airdrop not working

iPhone 11 will receive an airdrop photo from wife’s iPhone 11 but will not find the other iPhone or either of the 2 iPads. It is also happening on our new iPhone 13’s. My iPad will airdrop to my wife’s iPhone and iPad. I have checked all the settings WiFi and Bluetooth listed on a Google search for “airdrop not working” and made all settings changes suggested, only one at a time. Airdrop settings seem to be all the same as my wife’s iPhone.
