iCloud full - deletion prevented

Dear all,

I have tried to delete files in the iCloud file (trying on the MAC, on my IPhone and on iCloud.com) because I reached my 200 GB data limit. Every time I try an "unexpected error" happens. Is this Apple trying to force me to expand my data plan to 2TB? I have 100GB that I no longer need and want to delete but it doesn't let me.

Hey SMC reset,

We see you're experiencing an issue with deleting files from iCloud. Are you attempting to delete the file one at a time or are you selecting multiple? If you're selecting multiple, try to delete one and see what happens. Which type of files are you attempting to delete?

If there is more to the error message, could you provide the exact message?
