Have you been able to receive incoming calls or do outgoing calls before?

When does this problem start?

Do you use a prepaid card or do you have a subscription?

Have you just switched from prepaid card to subscription, or vice versa?

It looks like the carrier has accidentally blocked something.

Please contact the carrier.
