Hi Loisann90,

Welcome to the Apple Community,

where some of us do our best to help each other troubleshoot.

Seems iPhones do get warm to hot, (eg: when performing graphics-intensive tasks),

and the screen may dim if beginning to get too hot.

A warning screen may come on, if the iPhone needs to be let cool down.
