Friend bought iphone13 pro max for me to be delivered 9/25 and I think we put my Gmail instead of iCloud/Apple ID I don’t know if that makes a difference and I never received confirmation email to have order number. We used my info address phone number etc he just paid for it.
If he ordered it with his apple id, he can see the order in his order history.
open Apple Store -> click on your name upper right corner -> orders.

I just can’t get ahold of him at the moment and might not be able to for another couple days and just wanted to see the status if it was shipped updated estimated arrival time etc
