No. There is no way to fix this without a computer. Either go use a friends computer, or make an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar of Apple Authorized Service Provider.

It means you have to connect it to your computer and use iTunes on your computer to erase the phone.

I do not have a computer I’m not very good with them either I’m OK on an iPhone and that’s it there’s no way I can fix that on my iPhone
