Keylogger found in my icloud

I called apple support often finding a key logger in my iCloud. They remoted my phone and helped me delete it. I have since changed my Apple ID and password. Changed my router name and password. I factory reset my phone and updated to the newest software 15.0 OS. My home computer was also infected with a Trojan Spyware. I removed their permissions, wiped the computer and destroyed it.

unfortunately, I still feel like my phone may be compromised in some way. Is there anything else I can do to get rid of or track spyware on my phone?

It's unlikely after the factory restore you would encounter any spyware unless you device was jailbroken or you downloaded any unauthorized software.
