Trouble with downloading apps

When I try to download an app it keeps saying “This Apple ID has not yet been used in the iTunes Store.” I don’t know what to do.

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. 


We understand that you can’t download an app because it says, “This Apple ID has not yet been used in the iTunes Store.” To resolve this problem, you should tap Review, then follow the onscreen instructions.
