Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons, I don't remember the correct birthday, and I can not access icloud email to receive instructions

Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons.


I do not remember the birthday I used for security answer, hence the lock out.


I do not have access to iCloud email because I'm locked out and don't have the birthday.


iPhone is an XR

currently on iOS 14.6

Find my iPhone is turned on


Called in to Support 2x and they were not able to help me????

If your Apple ID has been locked or disabled – Apple Support


"If your account has been disabled for security reasons

If you see one of the following messages, your Apple ID locked automatically to protect your security and you can't sign in to any Apple services:

  • “This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons”
  • "You can't sign in because your account has been disabled due to security reasons"
  • "This Apple ID has been locked due to security reasons"

You need to reset your password to regain access. Find out how to reset your password."


In regards to forgetting your security questions:

You would need to follow the steps to reset your security questions.


If these steps did not work for you, you'll need to contact Apple's Security Team in your location.
