Hello, i bought by mistake microsoft personal 365 for a year , is it possible to get money back and cancel it?

You could potentially try and claim a refund by contacting Apple's Form > Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple – Apple Support however this isn't guaranteed and it is up to whether Apple allow the refund or not.
If this is a subscription then you will also need to follow the steps at How to cancel a subscription from Apple – Apple Support which will avoid you being charged again in the future.
