My card isn’t working on iTunes

I can’t use the App Store as my card isn’t working

It sounds like your card has been declined.

Please ensure all payment information is correct, as even a slight typo in your card details or address can cause this to happen.

You will also make sure there are funds in your account. Apple will never charge anything without your permission.


If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
