As in the youtube link I shared, I try to take a picture for a close object (I did not move), the phone keep switching lens because it does not know which object it should be focused.

If you wish to disable this:
Settings > Camera > Record Video > Lock Camera = “on”
This was added as a feature related to Macro photography. Disable it if you like.
