Storage space issue and n Apple Watch 4

Help! I Have a 16 gb Apple Watch with cellular data. When I look at the storage capacity of the watch it says I only have 9gb and that about 75% of that 9 is allocated to “other”. Thanks have Deleted almost EVERYTHING off of the watch and it still says the same about the storage. 9.3gb available of 9.35gb

To Free-Up the 'Other' Storage

Try unpairing and pairing your watch again and restoring from the backup just created in the unpairing process. This deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system. This should result in no loss of data and in some cases can free a lot of storage.
