Has your Apple account been compromised? What did you do?
Someone sent me a picture from my photo gallery on Instagram that I did not post. It clearly came from my photo library. Has this sort of thing ever happened to anyone? What did you do?

Surely this would be an Instagram security issue and not an Apple one if the photo came from your Instagram account?
