Hi I’m having a glitching screen especially when iPhone 13 pro max gets hot. Especially when swiping up apps and transitioning from app to app.

apple support sent me out a replacement and that does it too.

restored it to original and it still does it especially the more you use it, worse it gets

Same thing for us! We don’t have the pro, but both my husband and I are having issues with it freezing at random times or not responding to touch. We went into the store and they felt it was the SIM card, so swapped them but it’s still doing it.

Yes! This is also happening to me. Very frustrating, please fix!!!!

If you want more details, it happens at random times, but almost always at the most critical times. Please fix!!!

By the way my phone is a 1TB model

This is also happening to me and my wife who both have 13 pro max phone.

Well after at least 15hrs of talking and visiting apple stores I still have the frustrating issue, nearly 3 K AUD phone & it doesn’t work properly 🥲
