How long can I record on Voice memo. It seems to cut out after about 50 seconds

Hello Rosemary_Hinde and welcome to Apple Support Communities. It appears you have a question about the maximum length of a voice memo.
In general, the only limitation should be available space on your device. The AAC files that are the result of this kind of recording take up about 1 MB per minute.
