experimental WebKit features enabled without permission

At &t contract Apple iOS iPhone did an automatic update of ios15. Why are experimental WebKit features enabled without permission?? My phone now has security breach alerts for all emails, phone number, DL, passport, credit cards, banking apps… Absolutely no attempt to explain each, & I view all as a threat. Should any select be turned on?? Apple failed

How can I scan my iPhone for malware? I am trying to sign in to one of my apps, but it telling me that it has detected malware on my iPhone 13. And I must remove it before I can sign in. The app is a trusted source. Also I had google warn me of the same thing a week ago. How can I scan for malware? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
