My Iphone XR 64GB should support Esim. My carrier is vodafone. If i scan the qr code i get the message that my iphone Xr does not support.
I checked the Software, totallly reset the phone...
Does someone know what the issue is or had the same problem? or maybe a solution?

To use two different carriers, your iPhone must be unlocked. Otherwise, both plans must be from the same carrier. If a CDMA carrier provides your first SIM, your second SIM won't support CDMA. Contact your carrier for more information.
If you have an enterprise or corporate cellular service plan, check with your company administrator to see if they support this feature.
Device is bought and currently using in EU. Cartier is Vodafone. Normaal Sim is Vodafone and E-Sim also. The Carier was not able to help me.
