I have iphone XR, had recently upgraded to ios 15. While charging the phone is getting overheated. My background app refresh has been switched off but still gets heated while charging .this overheating issue was not there during ios 14.8

Perform a hard reset -
Press and release Volume Up Button.
Press and release Volume Down Button.
Press and hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears and then release the Side button.
Update Apps, Uninstall rogue apps, Reset All Settings. If the problem still persists perform Restore Factory Settings.
