Getting out of an unknown group chat

I have been added to a group chat by spammers along with 20 other people. This has happened twice now and I don’t see a leave conversation button. There needs to be some mechanisms to get out of this group chat as it can be harmful. Please advice.

Spam Group Chats Hello, I have been put into numerous spam group chats, daily. I don´t know who´s putting me in them, or why I´m being added but its at least once daily and there is no ¨leave group¨ button. The icloud I am using to type this is different than the device its being affected on.

Weird group chats Recently I’ve was added to some groups chats that have other phone numbers very similar to mine and there was a message having a link to a website that had adult content on it. I did find that one of the phone numbers had a email to it but don’t really know what to do with that. Is there a way to stop this explicit spam group chats?

spam group text doesn't let me leave or block group I'm getting so many spam texts and just now received a group message. When I try to block or leave the group message, I don't see those options. How can I leave or block the group? It's obviously spam bc other numbers keep replying "stop".
