Safari 15 : Failed to load resource: Frame load interrupted

When I am trying to redirect an URL using document.location.href the safari 15 browser is giving Failed to load resource: Frame load interrupted issue I am stuck up with this issue the same thing used to work fine in safari 14 version i have already tried using multiple methods like window.location, document.location.assign, as well I have also used using anchor button click to do the same but hard luck. Please provide any solution for this.
