Digital Crown not working after update

Since the latest update, the Digital Crown doesn’t always work. I know the mechanics of the crown are fine as it will scroll down the page on certain apps such as the fitness rings. However, turning the crown on the workout selection page or to change the volume no longer works.

Does anyone else have this problem since the update?
