Cannot access Google after upgrading to new iPhone 13 Pro Max

After upgrading from iPhone 7+ to 13 Pro Max Google will not let me log in. It does not recognize the new phone. Google wants to verify its you. It sends a notification to my old iPhone 7 Plus. Tells me to open the Google app, Type YES on the prompt, then enter a number (12) on my old phone to verify its me!!!

That's kind of hard to do now isn’t it?

There is nothing on the Google on the new phone btw.

Anyone know how to get around this Google nightmare?
