MTA*NYCT PAYGO RECOVER charge on credit card

Apple needs to fix their Apple Pay system. I logged into my bank account this morning to discover that I had been charged 9 times for a $2.75 from MTA*NYCT PAYGO RECOVER. I have never been to Florida or New York. The only thing I came up with is that I had put my card into Apple Pay and that is where it is being charged from. This is scary, because what else has my iPhone being accessed for. FIX YOUR APPLE PAY PROBLEM APPLE!
