Touch sensitivity on edge of screen iPhone 13 pro causing icon edit dance

I sometime hold my phone at the edges with thumb on the lower edge. I just got the 13 pro, and it seems overly sensitive, and the icons do their shaky edit me dance. I never had this issue on my 12 pro. I tried to change a few settings in accessibility, but it didn't help. I'm afraid I'll delete something I want to keep

SCREEN SENSITIVITY So I did the iphone upgrade yesterday and ever since my touch screen sensitivity has been going crazy. I will be hovering my finger near the screen and it types random things by itself. I tried restarting the phone several times, resetting the keyboard, and it no longer has the option to change the touch settings. Super annoying when I can't text or type a single thing on my phone. Help!
