Activity app and active energy not syncing

I switched my Series 5 Apple Watch to a new iPhone 13 Pro last Friday and somehow in that process the Activity tracking got out of sync – and I lost my 1400 day streak of completing my 500 kcal Active Calories goal. I'm pretty bummed, to say the least.

It seems the 200 kcal walk I did Friday after the iPhone switch somehow didn't get registered properly – so even though the Fitness app on the iPhone has registered my 9.8 kilometer walk over three different Workouts, it still says I've only walked 8.40 kilometers, and it hasn't counted the last 200-ish calories.

So what drives me completely up the wall is the fact that in the Health app seems to have all the correct data, but can't seem to integrate them.

Is there anyway to go back and force sync (Watch) Activity, Fitness and Health to somehow "get me" that missed day (that I did not miss!) to reinstate my streak?
