Hi guys, I bought two I phone 13 pro from apple and I do get order confirmation mail but still didn't get text message from apple. But my order is still processing and has not shipped yet. Can you explain me what is wrong with that? Or the ph number I put was wrong? how can I recheck it? This is my first time buying from apple website and it make me really nervous. (ps.they still didn't cut out my money from my master card)
Unless you get lucky and your order moves up you won't hear from Apple until somewhere in that week.
I'm not sure what text message you are referring to. You will be notified again when your order is prepared to ship and your credit card won't be charged until then. What was your estimated delivery range in your confirmation email?
My estimated delivery range is between coming 26 October to 2 November.
Seems like I have to wait until apple prepare to ship for my product. Anyway thanks for answering it's really helpful to me. Have a nice day
