How can I fix the face recognition? Says a problem is detected. I downloaded the latest and still not working

In that document, there is information what you need to do when it's not fixed.
If you still can't enroll your face or unlock your device with Face ID, take your device to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider, or contact Apple Support about your iPhone or your iPad.
That doesn’t fix it
I tried all that and they are having to replace, not a good start for a 3 day old phone
