Forgot Password for the locked notes
I changed my SIM from iPhone XR to iPhone 8 and I forgot the password for the locked notes. I couldn't reset the password too. Can you please help?

Without the locked Notes password, you cannot possibly retrieve them. They will remain locked forever. However, you may change your Notes password which will apply to all future notes you create.
