Help with voice mail

It won’t allow me to save a greeting. Giving me error 1036

Error message 1035 I'm having trouble setting up a new greeting for my voicemail and it comes up with the error message with 1035. It then doesn't save and goes back to Default. Tried reseting, togging airplane mode, checking cellular data. I'm all out of ideas!

Check with your carrier, as it is the carrier that manages voicemail.
