iCloud Mail

What do I do if I am not able to receive mail to my apple account but am able to send mail from the same account? I updated my iCloud storage but I still can’t receive any mail.

iPhone 11, iOS 15

Have you tried deleting the account(s), restarting the device, and then adding the account(s) back?
