Have you previously installed the iOS beta for iOS 14?

You will need to remove this profile first.


  1. How to uninstall iOS beta software - Apple Support
  2. Your phone will then restart and you can update as normal to iOS 15 following the steps at Update your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch – Apple Support
