Removing cellular plans from a new iphone

I transferred my data from old iPhone to a new one including all cellular plans (eSim+Sim) information. I wanted to remove the cellular plans from the new iPhone to activate them again but I can’t open or remove the plans and preventing me from activating them again.. what should I do to fix this?

Greetings, amro_80!

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you'd like to remove your cellaular poolans from your device to reactivate them. If you erase all content, that will deactivate the cellular plans and allow you to reactivate. Take a look at it in this article for Using Dual SIM with an eSIM. Specifically, check out the section below:

"Erase your eSIM

If you need to erase your eSIM, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap either Cellular or Mobile Data.
  3. Tap the plan you want to erase.
  4. Tap Remove Cellular Plan.

If you erase all content and settings from your device, you can choose to erase your eSIM as well or keep it. If you want to cancel your cellular plan, you still need to contact your carrier."

We hope this help and wish you well!
