iOS 15 Weather app for iPad (7th Generation 2019)

How to get or retrieve iOS 15 Weather app after deleting its annoying widget (and apparently the Weather app itself too) from iPad 7th Generation (2019) WiFi-only 10.5-inch version?

iPad, iPadOS 15

The iPadOS Weather Widget can be removed from the Home Screen and/or the side-out Widget view, but it cannot be uninstalled/deleted from the iPad; it is an integral element of iPadOS.

Whilst iOS for iPhone has an associated Weather App, this is not the case for iPadOS; for iPad, tapping the Weather Widget opens a weather.com web-page.

If you have removed the Weather Widget, it can be simply reinstated by re-adding the Widget to the required view.
