scribble function not working in iPadOS 15.0

Hi~ I am using a iPad Pro 2018 and apple pencil 2. When I update the OS to iPadOS 15, the scribble dose not work. what I write will not be recognized, and it seems to be frozen.

iPad Pro 12.9-inch, 3rd Gen, Wi-Fi, Cell

Having performed the iPadOS15 update (or any major update), a forced-restart is recommended after the update has completed. This will often resolve isolated or unexpected software issues:

On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
On other iPad models: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
